Chatterence goes live on GoPlanner

Our web assistant now guides visitors of goplanner.app to the right module — access control, visitor management or time tracking — and hands over to a person when the question deserves one.

Chatterence goes live on GoPlanner

Chatterence, the web assistant we build and run, is now live on goplanner.app. For the moment it answers on the Italian site only: a deliberate first step, so that the way it talks can be tuned against real conversations before it is opened up further.

The job it does is narrow on purpose. A visitor arriving on a product site rarely knows which module fits them: the assistant reads the sector they work in and the size of their team, and takes them to access control, visitor management or time tracking without making them read three pages first. When a question goes past what it can answer well, a human operator picks up the thread.

Behind it sits a business intelligence layer, isolated from the assistant itself, that shows the team what visitors are actually asking. That is the part product owners tend to underestimate: a lineup of modules shaped by real demand instead of assumptions, updated as the questions change.

We think an AI assistant earns its place on a website by doing one thing well — catching the easy questions early, so that the people on the other end spend their time where it counts. Not replacing them, and not decorating the page.

The implementation was carried out for Infordata Sistemi, with Marko Petelin as the reference on the client side.
